We live in Florida and during the recent Hurricanes I called /chatted with customer service 4 times. I asked about service interruption and asked that we be credited for the time without service. I was advised that we would get a credit. I thanked them and asked that we get the credit for each phone line. We have 5. After several calls and chats, and transfers, I was told we would see it within 7-10 business days. It was never received. I called again and again.
Finally, the last person I spoke with was able to get a credit for 1 line applied. She advised that when her supervisor returned from his break, he would approve the credits for the rest of the lines. She even said trust me, I will get it taken care of. Here we are, 3 weeks later and no credit.
We have been with Verizon for about 20 years. This is now the second issue that has gone unresolved for a long period of time. Service was great the first 15 years but I can't say that anymore.
