I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I’ve never had an issue with them up until 2 years ago. I upgraded my plan and brought over 2 new customers.  This took a whole month for them to issue new phones because the original customer never put the order in even though I was charged. They couldn’t cancel or edit the order because of the errors the previous representative made. I wasted hours upon hours just to get this fixed. Now my phones (all 5 lines) every month go on SOS will disables the phones and cannot be used for HOURS. But yet they claim to have the best network. Every month my bill is a different amount, never the amount I was promised to pay. For the last 2 years I’ve had to spend hours on the phone arguing with representatives for what I was promised and trying to understand the inconsistency on my bill. They promise you things that they cannot honor. I will simply be switching over to anything-anyone else and I will make sure you NEVER get another paying customer from my end. You have lost a 20 year loyal paying customer. So long Verizon!
