I was told I was well qualified for the current lines I have and was told my bill would 220 and some change and every month since I had service I’ve. Had the same issue .. bill KEEPS DRASTICALLY GOING UP ABOVE 500 plus DOLLARS to no resolve or resolution , I keep getting hung up on .. they keep acting like they don’t here me .. they are not returning my calls .. they are being rude .. the Verizon reps and management that is im referring to. I have spent countless days and hours to try to fix this issue and hasn’t been resolved I keep getting broken promises and guarantees they have poor relation to customers skills it’s like they keep sweeping my issue under rug .. it’s like they rather lose customer than represent the company in the most upstanding way by fixing the customer’s matter
