DELINK One Verizon ID Old Fios Account

Ridiculous.  Have an old Fios account that is deactivated, but still linked to my current Wireless account.  Trying to get my One Verizon ID linked to my new Fios account.  Have been getting bounced between Wireless and Fios customer support for over 2 hours.  Wireless agents don't even care - they didn't even attempt to help and transferred me without saying anything.  Fios agents willing to help, but nobody seems to know who is in charge of this issue.  Seeing lots of posts with the same issue.  Verizon needs to figure out on their end who is in charge, getting bounced back and forth is ridiculous.
