I was told by someone in the complaint department that on demand was free and if I don't have it, so what, it's not like I was paying for it. I am waiting on my fourth visit from from a Verizon Technician, with no specified time, so there goes any plans for my Saturday. Basically, if I don't have service, I get "credit". So if I don't have service for two years, it's basically free. . Smh. Can't back out because it will cost me. Somebody, HELP ME!!!! BIGGEST mistake of my life. I miss Cablevision.
