Data Usage

So last Saturday I get notification that all is well, we have 50% of data limit remaining .... Later that same day, we get notified we are over the limit.  We were on Wifi most of the day ... so hardly any data usage.

I go on website, add up the usage from data usage details and its at 50% ... but on dashboard it says we are over the limit.  Two hours of talking to support and being told how apps can use data and to order a bigger plan, they say to wait til billing period ends because data usage is estimated...so we turn off our mobile data. 

Since then, still at 50% but Verizon website still reporting we are over the limit.  Of course, no increase in data usage since we turned off our mobile data.
