I had my account debited by  Verizon yesterday. An hour ago they shut my service off. I tried to reach someone to reactivate because they recieved the payment and it keeps routing me to make another payment. It is an endless loop on all the platforms. Chat, Call in, the Verizon App. I am very frustrated. Hope someone can help.
