I received a call from a debt collector for Verizon saying I owe $3,000 but no where on the Verizon app/website does it say that I owe any money. It shows that I am paid in full with auto draft.
nothing from Verizon saying I owed an outstanding debt. Help!! I have a call scheduled with Verizon tomorrow.
