Hello - I am a mortgage loan originator - I also have Verizon wireless for 10+ years. I have a client that had a debt that went to collections. She settled and paid the debt - we are trying to update her credit report and for some odd reason VERIZON REFUSES to provide a current statement or a letter stating the balance was settled.
