As previous people have posted, the exact same thing happened to me. I was approached by a Verizon salesman to upgrade my internet speed and keep everything the same while saving $5 a month to go paperless. He did NOT inform me that I would be losing 2 premium channels that I had in my package. I would never have agreed to change my package if I knew.
He purposely deceived me as I asked over and over again if I would retain the same movie channels and package.
I have been a long time customer and the supervisor at Verizon told me there is nothing he can do.
Are there other means to get my old package back???
This is unfair to us as consumers to deceive us!
