Hi,
I've paid for internet and TV fee for almost 1 year.
Prior to the contract, I paid $250 as a deposit.
I confirmed the deposit will return after my contract.
However, I didn't receive deposit yet.
Could you please tell me how to move forward with this matter?
Thanks,

If deposit was for the life of your contract, they are typically two years.
But you can contact support to follow up to see details.

Deposits are normally held for 12 months regardless of contract terms. There are State and federal laws that cover security deposits and their duration and the simple interest that must be paid to you in addition to your deposit. Now however...
if if you are even a day late on making any payment to Verizon the year starts over. In example say you start service in January and pay on time Jan- November and are late paying Decembers invoice? The year starts over again. A bummer I know for people trying to establish credit.
If you were to cancel service after you fulfilled your contract obligations it takes roughly 6-8 weeks to get your deposit returned. However it should be by the same method they collected it be it check, credit or debit card. But Verizon will send it via check.
Good Luck
