We stopped our Verizon service by end of Juy this year. When we got Verizon in 2010 we had to pay a deposit of 500 Dollars and since we paid for a full month before disconnecting, my Verizon account page shows that we shold get 135 dollars back, in total 635 Dollars. It has now been more than two months since we disconnected, but I haven´t seen any checks. When can we expect the money back?
You are not really talking to Verizon here. Only fellow customers. A Verizon admin may inttervene to try and open a problem record for you, but you would do better to open it direcly yourself.
