Detach Old Fios Account from Wireless One Verizon ID

I've been on the phone with Verizon for about 5 hours now trying to figure this out and nobody knows anything about this. It's a bit frustrating how Verizon could release a feature such as One Verizon ID that is so fundamentally broken.

I have a Wireless account that I use as my One Verizon ID. There is an old Fios account that is linked/combined with it. I am trying to detach the old/closed Fios account from my One Verizon ID, but there is no clear way to do this. Additionally, I've been transfered back and forth between Wireless and Fios phone/chat support because each team blames each other and says they can't do it or know anything about this.

Can anyone please help me detach my old Fios account from my One Verizon ID and attach my new Fios account to it?
