Device Credit Removal multiple times

Has anyone else had their device credit removed multiple times? We have. We cant get it fixed. We have called over 6 times (this would be 7). We speak to a human who promises it wont happen again something about how our plan was not setup correctly but its "fixed" now and everything is fine. Then, a bill or two later the device credit appears again. We have two emails clearly stating a device credit of $22 for 36 months for our traded in devices but one of them keeps falling off. I am done calling them and will just port our plan over to T Mobile if there is not a way to get it resolved electronically. I doubt there is so I at least wanted to share this to see if others are having as much of an issue as we have been having?
PS: Think twice about trading in your phone and getting one from VZ vs buying an unlocked one. The Samsung S23s we bought constantly have games and apps/bloatware installed by VZ without permission. You can delete them and disable the verizon download apps but when VZ pushes a software update you have to redo all of that.
We are not having a great time being VZ customers.

I would like to update that after posting this someone from VZ reached out and I was FINALLY able to get it resolved over a chat without having to call or wait on hold forever.
If anyone else has an issue that has gone unresolved it looks like posting it on this forum is a great way to get VZ's attention and expedite assistance to you. Hopefully my issue is fixed an wont occur again but so far so good!

I’m going through a similar issue but they never applied the device credit. They said one of my 4 my phones was never returned after I mailed all my phones in together. Did you ever come to a resolution?
