Device Credits Issues After Military Deployment

I currently have six lines and devices through Verizon, all of the lines have device plans tied to them and those device plans were tied to trade-in/upgrade devices which I sent to Verizon for the credit. In summer of 2023, I received military orders to South Korea for a period of two years. Upon moving to South Korea, I suspended the service on each of the lines and the device payments stopped as well as the device credits. When i returned to the US in August of 2025 and reactivated my lines, Verizon restarted the device payments but stopped providing the device credit amounts for the phones i traded in. After multiple calls/chats with reps, I was told twice that my credits would resume "next month", and they never did. I then called again and was told that I was no longer entitled to the credits because the credit period was over. Verizon is still taking the money for the device I have but refusing to pay me for the device they took.

First off, thank you for your service. We want to make sure you're getting every device discount you're eligible for and we'd like to take a closer look at the situation. We're sending you a Private Note so we can better help.
