Device Got sent back same day delivery and wasnt activated

So I thought representative had canceled my whole order out n which. They didn't I ordered 3 phone from them in April or may and they input my address wrong and didn't know until the day they shuld of been delivered n I called to track em I was told that the phones got Sent back to them due to being undeliverable so the representative did let me know right away that they got all 3 phones back n put them back n i was also told by verizon representative that they culdnt not update address for redelivery with this order I would have to reorder the phones n I kindly told her no I didn't wanna do that n for her to cancel my order out and this was all in 4 days tops nothing over the deliver was a 2 day deliver and the phone went right back the same day of the 2 day deliver so I didn't even active them didn't even receive em but yet am still getting billed and charged for what something they GOTTEN BACK AND FOR SOMETHING I NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED VERIZON you received the phones all bakk the way they had sent them
SO I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ON MY ACCOUNT AND TAKE IT OFF YOUR AFFECTING MY CREDIT ACCOUNTS
