Phone bill increase $711 for "Device Payment Buyout Charge" once again when no phone has been purchased. Took us 4 months to get this taken care of last time. had 2 normal bills, and here we go again.
I too would share your concern if my bill had gone up by $711 as well, BairnK. We definitely want to take a closer look at this. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.
