Device buyout

For almost a year, I’ve been fighting to get my $800 device buyout refund. I call often. I’m at the point where I’ve been kicked down the road and passed off to the next person enough times that I’ve gotten in contact with the Attorney General of my state. I’ve been promised over and over that it’s resolved and that I’ll receive my money or that I’ll get a call back within 10 minutes and not once as any of those promises been kept I am beyond frustrated with this. This is cost me a lot of opportunities with my children. And I call and I call and I get no help.

Very sorry to hear you haven't gotten a resolution directly.  With it being a year where you've been trying to get it fixed, I would use a search engine to look up other 3rd party organizations who can help with consumer complaints.  Wishing you the best of luck.
