Device pay off information

I recently ported out of verizon and I was unable to access my account after that. How can I get the amount which I have to pay to pay off my phone? I tried my user id but it says no active numbers present and just prompted me to unregister my email ID, how do I proceed in this case? I need a screenshot or written communication from Verizon that this much amount is needed to be paid. If any of the Verizon's service rep could help me with this information that would be the greatest help I could get. @vzw_customer_support 

 

Please please please help!!

The final bill should have been mailed to the address on file.

Hello! We are surprised to see you are no longer a Verizon Wireless customer. However, we are still here to offer the support you deserve. To make the last payment on a disconnected account, you can do one of the following:

— Sign in to your My Verizon account to make the payment. Use this link: https://login.verizonwireless.com/accessmanager/public/c/fu/loginDisconnectedStart?goto=.

— If you cannot sign in, you can make a one time payment through our Pay My Bill website: https://ebillpay.verizonwireless.com/cws/viewLogin.action#/payments.

— A final invoice will be sent to you via standard mail, which you can use to pay your balance.

You could also try checking the one time bill pay site to see what your final balance is.  It may take a while if you only just left.
