I get that verizon has device payment agreements of 36 months, but customers should have the option of paying extra towards device payments. I constantly hear that complaint too many times.
We want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding our device payments. We don't have a way to make extra payments towards the device payment plan, however, you do have the option of paying it off early whenever you want.
