Earlier in May, Verizon was offering a promotional deal That you could pay five dollars a month for 36 months and get a brand new iPhone. We got Bill in the mail It stated that my device was $26 a month and the total was 950 some dollars over the courts of 36 months… I attempted to call That did not work. I plan to go into the store tomorrow, but I am wondering, has anyone else had this issue where they were promised a deal and did not receive the credit for their new device! We have another line that we also upgraded The promotional credit was applied to that phone And that phone is five dollars a month So why is it that Our second phone we upgraded our credit is not shown on our bill and we are paying an outrageous amount for a new phone that we didn’t even need! Help!
