I was promised to get a Verizon gift card when I installed my service. The agent Hannah and her supervisor assured me that I would get both a Verizon gift card and an Amazon gift card as can be seen from the screenshots below. But now after 65 days, an agent told me there is no Verizon gift card and they can't find my conversation with the previous agents. This is so disappointing. Is this the trick they always do to get new customers?
