My account is disconnected because I was out of the country, and I found out that you apparently can't make payments through the app while abroad, which I was not told while mentioning my trip duration to the staff. Now that I’m back, I’m trying to resolve this situation, but when I go to the 'Sign in to a disconnected mobile account' webpage, it says the information doesn’t match. I can’t call because my account isn’t working, and I can’t get chat assistance since I’m unable to sign in. What am I supposed to do? I went to a Verizon store where I was told paying my balance for the next month would fix my issue, but it didn't. After which I was told to call 611, and now I've been stuck waiting forever with no response. I've been trying to reach someone through 611 for nearly 4h, this is RIDICULOUS. I want my money back. It was a mistake to trust and not demand an immediate refund. I’m tired of the runaround, this needs to be fixed.
