Has anyone else been given the run around and no resoluation when disconnecting service?
I recently moved to an area that Verizon didn't service (provided a copy of my new lease).
And yet I'm now being billed for internet for dates that I didn't have service. I spoke with one rep and recieved a confirmation number and date of resoluation and nothing ever happened. I have provided the confirmation number for the date of cancellation, as well as the Issue number for when it said it was resolved and still nothing.
I have been left on hold for 45 minutes at a time when I tried to call for a 4th attempt to fix this and when I email I get no response.
I'm at my wits end and am so disappointed since I was a loyal customer for 3 years and only left Verizon because they didn't service my new town.
Is this common?
