Disconnected after payment arrangement

I am beyond frustrated to have my phone suspended yet again after a payment arrangement is made! A payment arrangement is supposed to keep that from happening then you wake up to no phones and no ability to speak to a human. Verizon is ridiculous to block suspended customers from speaking to a human and you can't even chat with a human.  Phones are essential for everyone, and imperative for my job..

I had this happen just now! I have tried multiple ways to get ahold of a customer service representative to find out why.  I set up my payment arrangement last week for this Friday. No warning and today my service is disconnected.

I have a payment arrangement already made and you shut my service off I made a payment and I want my service turned back on. This is completely ridiculous how you can treat your long time costumers like garbage. I want to talk to a person and I can't.

I also have a payment arrangement set up and have been threatened to have my service suspended today, even though my arrangement is for tomorrow. I am so so sick of Verizon bleeding me dry.

I have the same issue and it's si frustrating!   I have been a customer for over 10 Yrs!   I made a payment arrangment and was disconnected and now Verizon is not allowing me to speak to a human!   Worst customer service!    They can keep their service we are switching providers.  I refuse to give my business to a  company who treats their customers with such disrespect!
