Disconnected service 9 weeks ago, still no refund check

I disconnected my Verizon Fios service on 12/29/2016. My billing statement date is 25 of each month. Since I prepaid for every month, I am supposed to get a credit refund. This was also confirmed by the representative when I called to disconnect my service. But as of today, I still don't see that refund check in my mail.
