I have been a Verizon customer for 13 years and over the past two years, the customer service has taken a significant decline. I clearly in last month and spoke with a representative who offered me a plan and customer discount comparable to what another company was offering new customers and anytime I tried to speak with another representative about honoring that price, they are unable to locate the notes. Additionally, I had an issue with the costs and fees that were being added to my account and as a result, I did not want to pay until I spoke with a representative when I finally spoke with a representative, he assured me that someone would call me last Thursday morning and that the funds would not be removed from my checking account until after I was able to meet with a representative well that was false and when I try to file a report, I keep being asked to provide additional information and when I call to speak with someone that is nearly impossible however my bank informed me of the transaction. Verizon use to provide quality customer service however after these last few interactions, the practices are extremely deceptive and I have started looking at other service providers.
