Does Verizon not have any loyalty discounts? We have been with this company 12 years and our bill has always been between 2[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. Obviously, I understand new phones can caused increases. But even once I've paid devices off, My bill was still high. I have asked so many times was there anything they can do to help and I'm just ignored. Its so frustrating. For example. Today I was willing to upgrade my line. Because my device is 50% Paid off, I couldn't understandably do a trade in. But the nice agent stated that I could still upgrade, but my bill would increase another $8.33. I advised her, I would be willing to upgrade but I didn't want to pay anything extra per month and asked her if there was anything that she could do to keep from increasing. Her response was its "only $8". I just couldn't believe there was nothing that could be done. Verizon, you've got to do better.
