I'm still being charged for Disney Bundle ($21.99) months after cancelling it. I have had to call each month and talk to customer service, they refund that portion of my bill and say they can see where I've cancelled it but its pending. I don't understand why I'm being billed for this each month? I've emailed verizon customer support twice. I've chatted. I've called. The fact that every time my bill post, I have to call and get it cancelled is becoming a bit of an annoyance. I do not have Disney plus, Hulu, or ESPN. I have not had it for months. I'm at the point where I'm going to look into switching providers. I can only image how many people are being billed for this and not catching it on their statement. Also, it's cheaper to just get the Disney and Hulu bundle through Disney..
If anyone has any advice on how to get this off my bill, I would really appreciate it since Verizon doesn't seem to know how.
