Dispute on my credit report

I am trying to get a loan and it is held up by something from verizon on my credit report. I have no idea what this is, Who can I contact to get it removed?

It reads:

• The account with Verizon Wireless/ x7800 is presently being reported as “Account in Dispute” by Equifax and Transunion 
• .  Please contact these credit reporting agencies to remove the Dispute from this file.  When the reporting agencies have updated their files we will need to obtain an updated credit report.  This will be at no additional cost to you.
