Verizon’s business dealings are shady and fraudulent. You have to fight every time to get the discounts offered by the sales rep applied properly to your account.. Last December 2022 I wanted to upgrade my Fios, when I placed the order I was talked into jumping to the Gigabit speed and told my Mobile + home discount would go from $5 per phone line to $10 per line with the increase. Here we are in October 2023 and after several hour long phone calls I have yet to have the discount applied. At one point in April it seemed I had reached an intelligent helpful person who fixed the problem and credited my account only to have it still not be corrected. I have received a different answer every time I’ve called or done a chat session to get it sorted. None of which make sense and none of which are in line with what I’ve been told and what shows my discount should be. It’s insane that a large business can continue with such dishonest and fraudulent practices. I’ve attached pictures of the agreement I’ve signed as well as my mobile+discount screen
