We brought our t-mobile lines because an advisor offered us a plan that we believed would benefit us. After the process, this advisor tells us that it is not possible to bring all the lines in the same order, so he separates them. What the advisor did not tell us is that the same prices would not be maintained, we had to merge the orders ourselves and the cost of switching to Verizon has been very high, added to the issue of a smart watch that I am not going to discuss here. .

If you look at the orders, both occurred on the same day and we do not understand why due to a system error we, your clients, should assume a higher cost.

We migrated three lines, took a new one, acquired two new devices and a smart watch.

We returned the watch, we decided to keep the one we have because we understood at the time that it couldn't be done but it could.
