Hello everyone.
I would like to share with you my really bad experience with Verizon. One day representative knocked my door and asked me if I liked my internet connection, and if I satisfied with amount which I am paying. Of course I asked if he had any promotions and he started to provide me information: Fios internet plus three lines could be $89.99 per month. WOW the best price (I paid $120 with different providers) so he shared his phone number and told me to contact him directly. So tech came in 2 day to install. And after installation I went to the shop to transfer all my three lines. And looks like very good I am so happy… In a week I received a bill for internet $89.99 and the three lines $275.88 I was shocked. And of course I started to call him. He didn’t try to help. He answered 2 times. And when I told him to cancel service immediately he start ignore me.
His name is Anthony and his phone number : *****. I really want that he will pay those bill. I am so mad and upset.
verizon is a really big provider in America. And one person could change reputation one day.
