I was double billed last week and I am not only incredibly dissatisfied, I am also in a bit of financial distress that is compounding due to Verizon not refunding me immediately. I am on a budget and now that the extra fund Verizon snatched from my account I am now experiencing overdraft fees and now that it appears the reversal is not going to happen today I will, in fact, incur more overdraft fees that Verizon has zero interest in paying for even though I have been put in this position by them. I will not be keeping Verizon after my phone is paid off. I have a mind to just stop paying and you can get a judgment against me, I honestly do not care at this point.

SamuelPushbroon, we're so sorry to read that you were double billed, and completely understand your concerns. I know I would feel the same way had I been charged twice my regular monthly bill.
