Duplicate credit reporting

I am trying to clean up my credit and my report not only has reports from Verizon but to the collection agencies as well. I have since cleared up the account with the agency but I see that both are still on my report which looks negative. Can this be updated and deleted?

You are posting to peers here.  Perhaps someone else who had credit reporting problems might tell you what they did.  But you are better to try to talk to Verizon directly, Probably during "Business" hours.
