I tried to use the e-gift card but the password does not work. I called and was transferred six times over the course of an hour and 38 minutes. When I finally talked to someone I was reassured that a new e-gift credit would be sent out in 3-10 days. I waited 12 days after NO response and called again. I was again transferred to at least five different people until after 22 minutes my call was dropped.. in the mean time I received a message with a web address for my problem. I typed in my response and have yet after a week heard back. How long besides an eternity does one need to wait before you can actually get a response? Would it be quicker to ask for help on a news site?
