I have spent 11 hours dealing with Verizon on the telephone to try to fix our billing issues - and the company is completely unable to do anything about their own problems.
I have been billed incorrectly and would like it fixed. Why is this impossible to do?
Verizon is by far the most difficult company I have ever tried to work with. We are definitely considering Suddenlink.
