Anyone else hear this mess? I had the website screw up on an online order. The results of which caused me to get an Early Termination Fee. A REAL PERSON can't fix the error so I have to eat 350 bucks. anyone else have this problem?
My Supervisor Ms Robinson couldn't do a thing, which I find absolutely unacceptable. I couldn't even escalate to above her. I had online chats which I'm sure were recorded, but be cause she's a person she can't see when the website screws up.
