Echo/Prime Promo

I have also been trying since 12/21 to get my echo/prime promotion redeemed.  I have literally been given 5 different numbers to call and done 8 online chat sessions.  How do i get this resolved??  I got an e-mail yesterday to redeem the offer before it expires.  I found that insulting as i was waiting for a phone call from a supervisor that has still never come.  I just became a new Verizon customer in November and am not lovign my first customer service interaction.  In total I have wasted 6+ hours of my life on hold or on chat with this...
