I have tried multiple times for verification of my teaching. I am a professor at multiple universities and have been since 2009. ID.ME WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO REGISTER, regardless of what documents I submit. Is this false advertising from Verizon wireless? I don't have a teaching certificate because I am a college professor. This seems like a bait-and-switch concept, and I am getting no help at all from VW. Is anyone else having this issue?
