My email address is firsname.lastname@gmail.com - and someone used it to sign up for a business acount and I'm getting spammed with a ton of emails about their account. I checked my account and it seems they are just using my email address, not my actual verizon account. I cannot figure out how to contact someone at Verizon to make it stop! Any ideas?
