 What a totally obnoxious and insulting email.  Not only the tone of the email but using large red letter messages put you in the same category as those annoying telemarketers but actually incite my feeling of outrage.  I still have 6 days before the DUE date and will be paying on or before that date.
 
   As a retired employee of a major company, I fine it extremely hard to believe Verizon pays their bills that far in advance of their due date.  Actually, I find it hard to believe they don't pay most AFTER the due date but still pay only the net amount and ignore any late payment fees.
 
   I also find your website to be the most confusing and least user friendly on any other website I have ever used.
