I'm so fed up with the battle required just to take advantage of an offer that Verizon sent to me. The most recent issue is for a loyalty discount of $10 per month for all active lines on my account for a year. When I called in the initial change was for the representative to place a single $10 discount onto the account. We have seven active lines on the account. When I asked about the discrepancy compared to what the email stated to rep placed me on hold to investigate. After several minutes he came back and told me that it only applied to four out of the seven lines.
I'm on the verge of giving another carrier an opportunity. I'm tired of the burden and battle involved with simply trying to use the offers that Verizon emails or texts to me.
