When I signed up for Verizon mobile service, I was assured I would be given an employee discount of $10 per line for a total of $20 per month. About a month ago I called in because I had not received my discount. I was credited $80 on my account for previous months where I had not received my discount. My last bill did not contain my discount.
Over the past few months I've spent 6 hours on the phone with representatives trying to get this issue solved.
If Verizon will not honor this promise, I'll take my business somewhere else and I'll expect a full refund for the phones.
