When I signed up for Verizon mobile service, I was assured I would be given an employee discount of $10 per line for a total of $20 per month. About a month ago I called in because I had not received my discount. I was credited $80 on my account for previous months where I had not received my discount. My last bill did not contain my discount.
Over the past few months I've spent 6 hours on the phone with representatives trying to get this issue solved.
If Verizon will not honor this promise, I'll take my business somewhere else and I'll expect a full refund for the phones.

I also have a discount through my employer, signed up in May 2024 with my work email and still nothing, I called and was told there are no discounts. Unsure why it the corporate website says I receive 20% off on personal service but yet I have to see a discount since May 2024.
