Hello,
My company offers an employee discount. I first applied for it back on May 10th (I didn't save my confirmation code) and it said it could take up to 3 billing cycles. It never showed and I just applied for it again on Aug 12) Can you please confirm that it has been submitted, because my bill estimation for next month doesn't show any difference. I dont want to wait again to find out it didn't kick in. My confirmation code for August is *****

Have you tried contacting the benefits administrator at your company? Maybe it's something your workplace needs to apply. I had something sort of related where one of my benefits was messed up and when I tried contacting the 3rd party organization who was running said perk, they couldn't help me and referred me to my company's benefits coordinator. The coordinator had better means of contacting the 3rd party organization, and my problem got resolved shortly afterwards.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
