Enrolling in Verizon Connections Program

I am trying to enroll in the Verizon Connections Program and I know my company participates. When I enter my information, I receive an error message that states "Please Verify the Company Name and Try Again". I called Customer Service but after a lengthy hold I gave up. This should not be that difficult. Can a Verizon Fios store do this for me or who can I contact?
