I disconnected my service on July 10, 2015.

On July 10th, 2015, I returned all of my equipment using the box provided by Verizon via UPS and per my tracking # provided by UPS the box reached Verizon on 7/13/15. 1 of the pieces of equipment was checked in, but as of today the HDDVR and Additional HDSTB not been. The HDDVR and HDSTB was in the box along with the other 2 pieces. I know that my final billing is coming and I want assurance in writing that I am not going to be charged for the HDDVR and HDSTB that was returned. The box weighed 18.12 lbs. Please advise me how this can be handled so that I am not billed for the DVR that has been returned. Thank you.
