Going over my recent bill I noticed an equipment charge forn $14.16 that says Houston Gulf Coast as the description.....I have NO idea what this is and I havent ordered any new equipment...does anyone know what this charge is????

You need to use one of the "contact us" options that Verizon has on all their web pages. Most likely you need to call them and get billing during so called business hours.
ps: Are you in the Houston Gulf Coast region? Of course even so you need to know what the charge is for.
Nope, in Illinois. I thought Verizon cust service responded here and I'm not the main acct holder so I thought this would be easier. Ill give em a call. Thanks for responding. ๐
