Equitable compensation for no phone service

I am requesting monetary credit for not being able to use my Verizon phone, with a Verizon sim, on a Verizon line because your tech bungled up my phone up so bad until it will need to be replaced , that will be a minimum of 8 days without service waiting for a replacement phone, that is a conservative estimate, you can reach out to me {edited for privacy} when I ever get a replacement phone , or I will just dispute with my bank that I did not receive my goods and services I paid for the month.
