How can we contact Financial Services when your phone has been disconnected? I think the best way going forward is in writing. I have a charge of $933 from 4 months ago - and the description on the bill is "device buy-out" charge. I never had a new device added on my account, and Verizon has admitted this was in error. But we still do not see the credit on my account. I am paid up all the way up to current month, but my service has now been disconnected due to this $933. An email address will suffice. thank you!
